Oriental:

Oven

The most important point to reach maximal quality of furniture is the level dryness of wood. furniturego always do drying of wood by using oven machine before wood made to become half material goods. Because we believe that maximal dry wood will not easy to attacked by bugs totor and not easily happened cracking.

treatment and finished

After raw material ready, the next process is doing treatment, this matter to anticipate the happening of totor / bugs that will destroy the beauty of furniture.Our finishing process are hand made, spraying, and painting.

packing and loading

After finishing process, and then hushed during 2 days in open air to ensure that product have all ready.and then we packing using standard carton. that is wrapping carton or carton box depend on request of customer. and for the stuffing process we always entangle some people, loading with carefully and always controlling product security inside container box to ensure that the product is really save until the customer warehouse.
